You will focus on audience growth and brand awareness, events, and lead generation. As a Head of Department, you will be part of the senior leadership team contributing to the shaping of the international brands and their long-term objectives.

Your role will be hands-on, not just delegating, and will see you collaborate and inspire at all levels in the business - from the CEO down to all members of your team, sharing your experiences and acting with gravitas to take people across the company on your journey with you.
