New permanent job: Customer Service Advisor. Following the relocation of a valued team member, we are looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor to take on this soon to be vacant position with perhaps one of the nicest places to work in the area!

Feedback from the last person to join the team three years ago explained that they have been made to feel very welcome indeed and they were made to feel part of the small team very quickly. This person's new colleagues have been friendly and supportive. The training on how to use the computer systems has been great and this person feels that they have been helped along the way to become the best they can be as they settled in. They are now ready to welcome a new member of the team as they were welcomed when they joined!

  • Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (business to business enquiries, not taking calls from the general public!)
  • Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm with an early finish on Fridays
  • Salary: We are looking to pay £26,000 but please let us know your salary requirements.
  • Benefits: In addition to the salary, we can offer a very good benefits package including private medical healthcare, 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays and the office closes over the Christmas period too!
  • Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, GL10 - with the option to work from home.
