Responsibilities
- Collaborate with advanced AI tools, review model-generated design content, and provide expert feedback on accuracy, style, usability, and adherence to design principles across both print and digital formats.
- Analyse AI-generated graphics, evaluate composition and visual reasoning, annotate design errors, and assess typography and colour usage.
- Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, evaluation processes, and design quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Deep experience in visual communication, layout design, colour systems, and creative concept development.
- Fluency with industry-standard design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Adobe XD or Figma for UI/UX work is valuable; familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics is a plus.
- Additional skills in social media content creation, video editing, illustration, or photography are also beneficial.
- Clear communication, strong creative judgment, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Compensation
Pay range: $6 to $65 per hour, determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the above range. As a contractor, you'll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
