Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00
Contract: Full-time
We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Reach Truck / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Patchway, Bristol (BS34).

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role offering a competitive hourly rate and stable working hours.
The successful candidate will be responsible for forklift operation as well as general warehouse duties, supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading goods from lorries and internal storage areas
  • Moving, stacking, and replenishing stock within the warehouse
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Using handheld scanners and warehouse computer systems (WMS)
  • Conducting basic forklift checks and reporting any faults
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Adhering strictly to all health and safety procedures


Requirements

  • Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Confident using scanners and basic computer systems
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Strong time management and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
