An established and successful recruitment business is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a busy branch operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, sales-focused individual to take over an existing desk, develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships within a fast-paced environment.

The role involves managing the full recruitment process, from business development and client meetings through to candidate sourcing, placement and ongoing account management.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and growing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conducting proactive business development activity
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Attending client meetings and identifying recruitment opportunities
  • Delivering a high standard of service to clients and candidates
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant recruitment processes and procedures
The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience within temporary recruitment
  • A strong track record in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • A full UK driving licence
