Pertemps Managed Solutions is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance Team in Reading on a temporary basis.
This role will provide additional support during our busiest operational period, from the beginning of September through to the end of November.
This is a fast-paced administrative position where you'll play a vital role in ensuring candidates complete the necessary compliance and vetting requirements while delivering excellent service to clients, suppliers, and candidates.
The successful candidate will support a range of compliance activities, manage candidate documentation and screening processes, and help maintain high service standards during this peak period.

Key Responsibilities As a Compliance Administrator, you will
- Communicate with clients, candidates, and managers to provide excellent levels of service.
- Coordinate and manage employment screening and compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate manual and electronic records.
- Update and manage data within internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and candidate enquiries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
