We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers to join a well-established and reputable operation based in Severn Beach. This is an ongoing trunking role offering consistent work.
Job Details
- Shift Pattern: 5 on / 3 off
- Start Times: Between 17:00 - 21:00 or 21:00 - 00:00 (No handballing)
- Additional Shift Option: 02:00 start, Tuesday AM - Saturday (5 days per week)
- Route duration approximately 10-12 hours (Handballing involved)
- Vehicle: Curtain-sided trailers
- Loads: Palletised loads requiring secure strapping
- Pay: £19.79 - £21.89 per hour
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years HGV Class 1 (C+E) experience
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card
- Experience using curtain-sided trailers and securing palletised loads
- Strong knowledge of UK driving laws and compliance
