We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable
Reach Truck / Counterbalance Forklift Driver
to join a busy warehouse operation in
Patchway, Bristol (BS34) .
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role offering a competitive hourly rate and stable working hours.
The successful candidate will be responsible for forklift operation as well as general warehouse duties, supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading goods from lorries and internal storage areas Moving, stacking, and replenishing stock within the warehouse Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch Using handheld scanners and warehouse computer systems (WMS) Conducting basic forklift checks and reporting any faults Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Adhering strictly to all health and safety procedures
Requirements
Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, or equivalent) Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment Confident using scanners and basic computer systems Good attention to detail and accuracy Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Strong time management and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team
