We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers on behalf of a third-party client for full-time backshift positions. This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing work with the potential to go temp to perm.
What's on Offer:
- £18.00 per hour
- Temp to Perm opportunity

- Backshift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Depot-to-depot shunting work across the Central Belt
Key Duties:
- Carrying out depot-to-depot trunking and shunting operations
- Safe operation of Class 1 vehicles in line with transport regulations
- Completing vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Ensuring accurate completion of transport paperwork
- Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
- Adhering to driver hours and working time regulations
Skills & Experience:
- Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
- Good understanding of transport and road safety regulations
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
