Pertemps Milton Keynes branch are recruiting HGV2 Drivers for our client based in Milton Keynes. Ongoing work. Permanent positions available. Assessment dates: 23.02.26, 24.02.26, 03.03.26.

The Role:
The role is driving a heavy goods vehicle to provide a HGV multi-drop delivery service of up to 5 drops daily, of caged food ingredients to stores.
Shifts: 4 x 12 hour shifts per week
Start Time Windows: Between 16:00-20:00 or 23:00-02:00
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: £19.67ph PAID FOR 12 HOURS PER SHIFT
Overtime: Additional shifts and overtime paid at time & half.
Estimated Earnings:
- Basic Weekly: £940 (based on 4 shifts per week)
- With 1 OT Shift: £1290 (based on 5 shifts per week)
- Basic Monthly: £4090 (based on 4 shifts per week)
- With 1 OT shift: £5600 (based on 5 shifts per week)
- Basic Annually: £49K (based on 4 shifts per week)
- With 1 OT shift: £67K (based on 5 shifts per week)
Plus Holiday pay + Pension + Annual Bonus + Annual Pay Rise + Access to driving school and licence upskill.
Requirements:
Due to the nature of the contract, successful applicants will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Hold a valid HGV2 (Cat C) license, Full CPC and Digi card.
- A minimum of 6 months HGV2 experience.
- Less than 3 points on your licence.
- Have a good understanding of health and safety.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers.
