We're currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join a busy student accommodation site in central Bath. This is a hands-on role where you'll help ensure rooms and communal areas are safe, functional, and ready for residents ahead of the new academic year.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the building.
- Repair door handles, locks, furniture, fittings, and fixtures.
- Replace light bulbs and complete basic electrical repairs.
- Undertake minor plumbing tasks, including fixing taps, unblocking drains, and replacing shower doors.
- Complete painting touch-ups and minor decorating work.
- Inspect appliances and report any faults.
- Ensure all rooms meet health and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from the site team.
