Inside Sales Advisor - Chemical Distribution

Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands

Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Healthcare & Pension

Due to significant growth, they are looking for a driven Sales Advisor with a proven B2B track record to join their expanding team.

The Role

  • This is a hybrid business development and account management role.
  • You will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of established "house accounts" while actively prospecting for new business within your assigned geographical territory.
  • Maintain & Grow: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Prospecting: Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive territory growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Field Sales Representatives to maximize area revenue.
  • Schedule: Office-based, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm) with a full hour for lunch.
