Hr Generalist in Kingswinford

We are very excited to be recruiting a HR Generalist to support our leading manufacturing client based in Kingswinford. What You Will Do As the HR Generalist, you will serve as a trusted partner to operational leaders and employees, ensuring effective HR support across our UK facility while collaborating with the wider EMEA People and Culture team. Key responsibilities include: * Partner with business leaders to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support * Monitor UK employment trends, legislation, and best practices to maintain compliance * Manage employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives * Support absence management processes and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations * Maintain and improve HR processes, procedures, and operational practices * Lead and coordinate recruitment activities, including managing external recruitment partners * Collaborate closely with HR specialists in HRIS, Health & Safety, and Employee Development * Participate in UK-focused projects and continuous improvement initiatives * Use data and insights to support HR decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement What We Are Looking For * CIPD Level 5 qualification * Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role. * Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices. * Experience in maintaining HR processes and ensuring compliance. * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and HR systems. This is a full-time onsite position based in Kingswinford, Occasional travel to the Europe to the Head Office, is expected, approximately 3-4 times per year.
