Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Night Trunk Driver on behalf of a well-established logistics company based in the Kidderminster area. This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate, joining a professional team with ongoing, consistent night work.
The Role:
- Night trunking operation running Kidderminster to Birmingham and back (x2 runs)
- No handball or multidrop, straightforward trunking work
- Regular start time of 20:30, finishing around 05:30/06:00
- Working with a modern, well-maintained fleet
- Temp to perm after 12 weeks
Pay & Hours:
- £16.42 per hour (PAYE)
- Overtime paid after 10 hours at £18.80 per hour
- Monday to Friday work with potential weekends if desired
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Minimum 2 years driving experience (essential)
- No more than 6 points, no DD, DR, or IN endorsements
- Valid Digi Card and CPC
- Must be local to the Kidderminster area due to start times and client preference
