HGV Class 1 Drivers Wanted – Choose your own shift pattern and start time!
Looking for steady HGV driving work with no handball? Join Pertemps as a HGV Driver working nights for our client GXO based in Newark. We can offer reliable, ongoing trunking work to RDCs – no handball, no stress, just clean, consistent runs!
The Role:
- Type of Work:HGV Class 1 Driving, night shifts, trunking only – no handball
- Start Time:Between 19:00 – 22:00 each night
- Shifts: Wednesday to Sunday or Saturday to Wednesday or Monday to Friday
- Hours:Full-time & part-time options available
- Work:Year-round consistency – not just seasonal
What You Get as an HGV Driver:
- PAYE Pay: £19.21ph Monday to Friday, £20.23ph Saturday, £21.25ph Sunday
- Umbrella Pay: £22.67ph weekdays, £23.87ph Saturday, £25.08ph Sunday
- Paid Holidays: 28 days (PAYE Only)
- Flexible Pay: Weekly or monthly – your choice
- Digital Timesheets: Easy online submission
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 Driver entitlement
- CPC + Digi Tachograph card
- Max 6 penalty points – no DR10/CD10/IN10
- Previous HGV driving experience preferred
