Are you an experienced IT Support professional ready for a dynamic, short-term project? We're seeking skilled individuals to join a temporary project for our client in Wymbush, Milton Keynes. This is a full-time, office-based role requiring daily on-site presence. Project Overview: * Duration: Approximately mid-April to July/early August. * Schedule: 5 days per week, including weekends (shifts allocated in advance). * Hours: 7-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM * Role: Providing remote technical support via phone and video to home-based end-users. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver professional and client-focused technical support. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and bespoke application issues. * Provide clear, patient guidance to users of varying technical abilities. * Accurately document support interactions. Essential Skills & Experience: * Proven IT support experience. * Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems, hardware, and networking. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows Explorer, Edge, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Quick Assist, Snipping Tool). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. * Ability to work independently and 1 as part of a team. * Experience with remote support tools. * Ability to deal with difficult clients in a calm manner. * Ability to learn new software and processes quickly. * Excellent time management.
