- Ensure all agency staff consistently wear the correct Health & Safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Lead and support warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and performance.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organise and conduct monthly staff engagement sessions (surgeries) to address issues, gather feedback, and provide support.
- Coordinate and assist with recruitment and induction days.
