This is an exciting opportunity to join an established recruitment business in Stoke-on-Trent. We are looking for an energetic, sales-focused individual to take over an established desk and drive the activity required to generate new business and grow the client base across the local area. You will work under the guidance of an experienced Branch Manager, who will provide ongoing mentoring and support your personal development. We are a busy, fast-paced office where standards and expectations are high, with a strong focus on compliance and quality at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Talking to and influencing decision-makers at all levels, selling our recruitment services
  • Making daily sales calls to prospective clients
  • Attending client meetings
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate attraction through to placement and aftercare

Qualifications

  • A proven track record in temporary recruitment
  • Experience selling to and influencing decision-makers at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
