Pertemps are recruiting Parcel Sorting Operatives to support a local Royal Mail Parcel Hub during their busiest time of year. These jobs are available for those that do not have transport to make their own way as a FREE coach will be provided from Crewe for the 4-5 weeks working period. No previous warehouse experience is required, and full training will be provided. For this Parcel Sorting Operative role, you will be responsible for: * Sorting and scanning parcels * Sorting by region involving both numeric and alphabetical labels * Moving parcels around the hub * Working on your feet throughout the shift, including regular movement of loaded cages You must be available to work full time, 5 shifts per week that will include weekends. Available shifts are: 6am – 2pm at £15.14 per hour 2pm – 10pm at £15.14 per hour 10pm – 6am at £16.44 per hour * 2 hours per shift travel time is paid * The coach meeting time will be 1 hour before shift start time What we’re looking for this Parcel Sorting Operative role: * Reliable, hardworking team players who are comfortable in a fast-paced. * Physically active environment. * Previous experience working in a warehouse or as a warehouse operative is beneficial but not essential. * Roles are expected to run from November to December 2026.
