Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + Bonus

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across a busy manufacturing environment through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. You'll lead improvement projects, coach teams, embed best practice, and help optimise manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Lean Six Sigma training and coach employees at all levels.
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering teams with Lean tools including PFMEA, Process Capability and Line Balancing.
  • Develop and maintain Lean manufacturing standards and best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
