Role: Warehouse Operative

Location: Clevedon, North Somerset (own transport required)

AM Shift:

  • Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 14:15
  • Friday: 06:00 – 12:00

Pay: £15.28 per hour

PM Shift:

  • Monday to Wednesday: 14:30 to 00:30
  • Thursday: 14:30 to 00:00
  • Friday: Non-working day

Pay: £16.61 per hour

Overtime rates: £23.26 to £26.58 per hour

Bonus: £250 gift card after 4 month probation & £500 gift card after 12 month probation

Contract: Temporary ongoing

Holiday: 25 days + 8 bank holidays (accrued and pro rata)

Start Date: Immediate starts available

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a leading manufacturing site in Clevedon. This is a key role at the start of the production process, working closely with the supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure materials are received, processed, and delivered efficiently to production.

Key Responsibilities

General Duties
  • Work in line with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S) within your work area
  • Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Follow company procedures, policies, and “Right from Me” principles
  • Support continuous improvement and personal development
  • Maintain quality standards in all tasks completed
  • Meet production targets and deadlines
  • Report any errors, issues, or deviations from plan
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams
Warehouse-Specific Duties
  • Pick materials from fixed locations using manual pick sheets
  • Assemble and consolidate materials into production kits
  • Process goods in and out using SAP system
  • Book in deliveries and store stock in correct locations
  • Deliver kits to the shop floor in a timely and organised manner
  • Print labels, documents, and instructions as required
  • Use hand tools and lifting equipment safely
  • Provide support across similar roles when needed
