Welder (Sub Arc) Location:Salary:£31,991 + £7,997 shift allowance (Total £39,989) Hours:37 per week (shift rotation) We are recruiting for an experienced Welder to join a leading manufacturing environment. Youll be part of a skilled team responsible for welding, fabrication, and repair work across plant equipment and tooling. Carry out welding and fabrication repairs on presses, furnaces, machine tools, and dies ~ Operate and set up Sub Arc welding equipment ~ Support plant maintenance, breakdown response, and continuous improvement initiatives ~ Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping Time-served Welder with Sub Arc welding experience ~ Strong fabrication skills and experience in industrial environments ~ Flexible approach and ability to work shifts Experience in heavy manufacturing or forging environments ~ This is a great opportunity to join a well-established engineering team with strong earning potential and career development.
