An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join a busy onsite operation supporting a major logistics and distribution client. This role offers the chance to build long-term relationships, deliver exceptional service and play a key part in ensuring workforce requirements are met effectively.

Working within a collaborative team environment, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting temporary workers throughout their assignments. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to placement.
  • Writing engaging job adverts and implementing innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Supporting workers throughout assignments, including welfare, attendance and payroll-related queries.
  • Monitoring workforce availability to meet client demand and service level agreements.

Key requirements:

  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
  • Knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion principles.
  • Previous recruitment, resourcing or sales experience.
  • Knowledge of temporary workforce management and compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM databases.
