We are seeking a proactive, hands-on individual with a solid foundation in general DIY and maintenance skills, able to tackle a wide range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing surfaces and areas for painting
- Performing basic plumbing tasks
- Fitting windows and doors
- Handling general maintenance tasks as needed
- Using power tools safely and efficiently
- Removing and replacing flooring
- Installing and removing wall and ceiling panels
- Consistently maintaining high standards in line with client's quality and customer expectations
To be successful in this role, you will be semi-skilled or multi-skilled, with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Joinery
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A practical approach to a variety of tasks, with an eye for detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
