URGENT REQUIREMENTWe are currently assisting our client in securing a short-term CIPD qualified HR professional to cover sickness absence.

The successful candidate will be required to handle all the HR operational issues, together with some ER cases, general recruitment and liaison with agencies, therefore knowledge of IR35 is essential.

Immediate start for a period of initially two weeks, likely to be extended.

May suit someone currently working part-time wanting to work this alongside another role, or maybe an HR consultant.

For the right candidate additional assignments may be available as would the opportunity to become involved in more complex HR projects.

Flexible working hours along with the opportunity for hybrid working.
