We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Reach Truck / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Patchway, Bristol (BS34). This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role offering a competitive hourly rate and stable working hours.
The successful candidate will be responsible for forklift operation as well as general warehouse duties, supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods from lorries and internal storage areas
- Moving, stacking, and replenishing stock within the warehouse
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Using handheld scanners and warehouse computer systems (WMS)
- Conducting basic forklift checks and reporting any faults
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Adhering strictly to all health and safety procedures
- Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Confident using scanners and basic computer systems
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Strong time management and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
