Location: Northern Ireland, Bangor BT19 7PB
Hourly Rate: Β£13.41 Mornings, Β£16.62 Afternoons
Shift: Mon β Thur 8am β 4pm, Fri 8am-3pm, then rotating to Mon β Thur 4pm β 12midnight, Friday 3pm β 10pm (weekly rotation)
Contract: Temporary ongoing

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Operative with FLT licence to join an established company based in Bangor, Northern Ireland. Applicants will be required to work on site specialising in compounds and adhesives for the automotive and aerospace industry, with strong international export links.
Experience:
- Machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Ideally 2+ years' recent experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment (however, client will provide training and will consider strong candidates with a desire to learn and grow within a manufacturing site, and who is comfortable with shift work).
- A valid and accredited FLT Counterbalance licence.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Setting up production machines.
- Low level maintenance and running of a manufacturing line as part of a team in order to deliver at the required productivity levels.
- Monitoring the production process.
- Operating the production machinery as required, such as lifting equipment and FLT trucks.
- General housekeeping duties.
- Adhering to all safety & quality rules and procedures.

- Strong teamwork skills.
- Comfortable with basic IT systems to report production outputs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good physical strength and dexterity.
- Excellent verbal communicator.
- Excellent attendance record.
