Warehouse Pickers and Packers – Immediate Starts Available

Location: Skelmersdale (WN8)

Hourly Rate: £13.00 – £13.65 per hour

Full-Time, Ongoing and Immediate Work, Weekly or Monthly Pay

Looking for a stable, full-time role with consistent hours and a modern working environment? We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established distribution centre in Skelmersdale. With immediate starts available, full training provided, and long-term opportunities, this is a great chance to secure ongoing work.

What you’ll get:

  • £13.00 p/h between 06:00-18:00, £13.65 p/h between 18:00-06:00
  • Full-time hours every week, no zero-hour uncertainty
  • Ongoing, long-term work
  • Clean, modern warehouse environment
  • Supportive team and structured onboarding

Shift Pattern:

  • Initial weeks: Mon-Fri, 06:00-14:00
  • Then moving to: 4 on, 4 off, 13:00-00:30

What you’ll be doing:

  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Sorting and handballing stock if required
  • Using picking equipment and warehouse technology
  • Meeting daily targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work full-time hours
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Important: As part of the onboarding process, candidates will be required to complete standard drug and alcohol screening in line with site safety requirements and provide two recent employment references.
