Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within a chilled warehouse environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and effectively manage a team.

Solid understanding of people management practices.

Excellent attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.

Flexibility to adapt and perform in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all agency warehouse operations during the day or night shift.

Foster effective collaboration between Pertemps staff and client teams.

Ensure all agency staff consistently wear the correct Health & Safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Lead and support warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and performance.

Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
