We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR & Executive Assistant to join our small but expanding team in Cheltenham, on a part-time, permanent basis.

This position involves supplying comprehensive HR support to the business and EA support to the Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ HR experience of which CIPD level 3 or equivalent would be desirable and hold experience as an EA working in a small to medium-sized business.

You must be highly organised, work well under pressure and have a warm and helpful personality.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following

  • HR Management
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, liaising with line managers, recruitment agencies and other web-based job sites as appropriate
  • On-boarding of new starters and managing the leaver process
  • Liaise with the finance team on changes to staff payroll
  • Creation and execution of corporate communications
  • Learning and development
  • Employee benefits
  • Global process integration
  • Implementation and management of performance review processes
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries and signpost as necessary
  • Liaise with external HR and legal advisors when required
  • EA Support
  • Manage diaries for the Finance Director and COO
  • Coordinate meetings, appraisals and Executive Team meetings
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries when required
  • Prepare presentations, agendas and meeting papers
  • Administration Support

  • Plan and organise regular UK office events and activities
  • Health and Safety
  • 23 days paid annual leave, increasing after 3 years service, plus your Birthday off

This is a part-time permanent position and we expect the hours to be approximately 9am to 2pm, Monday – Friday.
