Job Description Position: Housing & Property Paralegal Description: We are looking for another full-time paralegal to join our expanding Housing & Property Team. The successful candidate will assist with the running of a busy practice. Duties will include: 1) taking initial instructions from clients 2) entering data onto our claims-management system 3) preparing draft letters of claim and enforcement proceedings 4) reviewing pre-action disclosure 5) updating clients 6) instructing experts 7) corresponding with the other side 8) being able to work efficiently to meet KPIs 9) ability to manage your own caseload Skills required: Excellent communication and time-management skills are required. Experience of running disrepair claims and/or defending such claims is essential. The position is available immediately and the salary is negotiable.
