Role Overview

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to build and scale an AI-native revenue engine for a cross-border B2B payments platform powered by stablecoins. You will own the systems, data, and automation that drive global GTM execution across Sales, Partnerships, Compliance, and Customer Success. This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of revenue operations, fintech infrastructure, and AI-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Infrastructure & GTM Systems
    • Build and maintain a scalable revenue operations stack for global B2B payments flows
    • Own CRM architecture, pipeline structure, and deal lifecycle design
    • Optimize lead routing, onboarding, and conversion workflows
    • Automate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and revenue reporting using AI tools
    • Design workflows using AI + no-code/low-code systems for GTM efficiency
  • Data & Analytics
    • Build real-time dashboards for transaction volume, GMV, revenue, and conversion metrics
    • Identify bottlenecks in onboarding, and sales cycles
    • Work closely with product and compliance teams to provide feedback and prioritise client feature requests
    • Support expansion into new corridors and markets with operational readiness
  • GTM Enablement
    • Support Sales and Partnerships with structured playbooks and automation
    • Improve deal velocity and reduce manual coordination

Requirements

  • Experience in Revenue Ops, GTM Ops, or Sales Ops in fintech, SaaS, or payments
  • Strong understanding of B2B payments, ideally cross-border or FX-heavy systems
  • Hands‑on experience with AI first CRMs
  • Experience with automation and AI tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfort working in fast‑moving startup environments

Preferred Candidates

  • Experience building AI‑first or agent‑driven revenue systems
  • Interest in global payments, fintech, stablecoins, or FX infrastructure
