Mereside Medical in Soham is seeking a part-time people partner for our GP and clinical workforce. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for managing HR processes and leading our Learning & Development program.

The ideal candidate has CIPD Level 5 and experience in a regulated environment. This role offers 25 hours per week and a salary between £37,000 and £42,000 per annum pro rata, dependent on qualifications and experience.
