A leading UK financial services firm is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Wealth Proposition Manager to help to shape, build, and continually evolve a market‑leading Wealth customer proposition. This is a high‑impact, strategic role working across Wealth products, services, digital channels, and customer insight to deliver a best‑in‑class client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end Wealth customer experience, collaborating across Product, Service, Operations, and front‑line teams.
- Design, implement and maintain a compelling, integrated Wealth customer proposition across all products and services.
- Work closely with Customer Insights teams to embed data‑driven, research‑led decision‑making.
- Develop the commercial and revenue model underpinning the Wealth proposition.
- Partner with analytics colleagues to build a detailed, data‑led client segmentation model.
- Own pricing strategy and pricing disclosures throughout the customer journey.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Wealth onboarding, driving a unified onboarding vision.
- Shape customer‑facing materials and digital experiences in partnership with marketing and product teams.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory change and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Represent Proposition Team priorities across delivery teams (CRM, digital, onboarding, etc.).
- Ensure alignment with the firm’s broader UK and Group‑level strategic proposition.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in customer proposition, product, or service development within Wealth or Investment Management.
- Strong understanding of UK investor types and Wealth Management products/services.
- Experience collecting, structuring, and interpreting customer insights.
- Commercially astute with deep knowledge of Wealth Management financial drivers.
- Ability to use data to support recommendations and strategic decisions.
- Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to influence across multiple business areas.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative, team‑oriented, and confident operating independently under pressure.
