Are you a finance leader with a proven track record of overseeing and managing finance functions within financial services, ideally within Asset Management? We are looking for an experienced interim leader to join our London-based team and make an impact on the financial health of our organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the Group’s finance function from both statutory and regulatory perspectives. Your role will involve analysing and reporting on the Group’s financial position and ensuring that accounting systems and procedures are continually reviewed and improved for efficiency and accuracy.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the finance function, ensuring all statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Analyse financial data to provide insightful reporting on the Group’s financial position.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline financial processes.
- Lead and guide the finance team to deliver high-quality financial information and support strategic decision‑making.
- Undertake financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management, including presentation of clear, accurate information to senior stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a leadership or interim capacity.
- A strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
