Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain/build process flows and controls around the data to maintain its integrity.
- Demonstrate an ability to work with large volumes of data and apply technical and quantitative skills.
- Ensure data integrity through knowledge of third-party vendor systems and their integration with in-house systems and processes.
- Ensure the timely dissemination of fund information in regular and ad-hoc formats.
- Support product launches.
- Collaborate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and third parties.
- Oversee outsourced regulatory reporting services.
- Have an opportunity to support and collaborate with Performance Team colleagues.
Background & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a static data role at an Asset Manager, Custodian or within Investors Services.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Asset Management industry.
- Experience of working with large datasets and being able to manipulate them to achieve desired outcomes.
- Build strong working relationships with internal clients and third parties.
- Knowledge of the following systems/platforms is beneficial, but not essential: Fundipedia, Financial Express, Morningstar, Open Funds.
- Regulatory landscape as it relates to systems and processes.
- Knowledge of the products offered by the firm and the importance of being a regulated firm as applicable to the role is expected.
