Wealth Product Governance Lead - 12M Contract £650-750 per day Our client, a leading UK Wealth work with Compliance colleagues to enhance the approach to monitoring outcomes and deliver reporting of such to senior leadership and boards, including drafting the annual Consumer Duty Board Report.
Support colleagues in the customer‑facing and customer support teams to update policies and processes in respect of the fair treatment of vulnerable customers.
Support the product and service owners in conducting annual product reviews, target market reviews and fair value assessments to ensure products and services remain suitable for the end investors, ensuring good customer outcomes.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends and assess the impact to Handelsbanken Wealth’s product governance framework.
