Your Role
Mere Green Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Before & After School Club Manager to lead and develop our after-school provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. As Club Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the after-school club, ensuring high standards of care, safety and enjoyment for all children attending. You will lead a small team, plan activities and build positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
Hours: 15 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Term Time Only)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the after-school club
- Plan and deliver a range of creative, fun and stimulating activities
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
- Manage staff, including supervision and support
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to safeguarding procedures
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
