We are seeking an experienced and energetic Registered Nurse, ideally with expertise in aged care, to join our team based in Wembley Residential Age Care Home. This vital role drives the delivery of quality, person-centred care for our residents with our nursing team focusing on providing the absolute best possible care for our patients. This role is a part-time Permanent Night position. We have multiple shift patterns available, with shifts available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday!

You will have a personalised care approach to residents by supporting their independence, while maintaining an increased level of professionalism and high-quality support to our clinical team, ensuring safe medication administration, and maintaining quality care records.

About you

  • You are an energetic and self-motivated Registered Nurse who is looking to be a part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team.
  • You’ll have a commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is a must!
  • Experience in Aged Care Services with an understanding of current Age Care Quality Standards is preferred but not required.
  • A commitment to person-centred practice with a passionate commitment to support others.
  • Excellent time management and documentation skills.
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months).
  • Driver's licence and evidence of required vaccinations.
