About the role
We have an opportunity for a Business Support Officer on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager, Retirement and Community and will be responsible for ensuring all invoices and accounts are processed and will also be the first point of contact for enquiries from consumers.
About you
You’ll have a passion for providing person-centred care to clients while also having:
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices and accounts
- Respond promptly and appropriately to consumer enquiries
- Support the management of Home Care Packages (HCP), Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC), and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) programs
- Manage discharges for HCP & STRC, ensuring consumers are exited from services efficiently
- Collaborate with management to adjust fees for consumers when necessary and communicate changes accordingly
- Issue credits as needed and accurately record them
- Generate and submit reports as directed by management
- Maintain and manage the Aged Debtors monthly report
- Reconcile monthly HCP & STRC payment summaries
- Have a National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
