Mercy Care Limited is seeking excellent care workers to provide quality care, support and assistance to predominantly older people across Dartford, Northfleet and Swanscombe who wish to continue living in their own homes and maintain their independence for longer. You will be part of a friendly, committed team and will support individuals in their daily living, ensuring a high quality of life.

Salary: from £12.71 per hour

What we require from you:

  • Passionate about people, enthusiastic about providing quality care
  • Desire to grow in your role and gain transferable skills in record keeping, customer service, self‑management, accountability and teamwork
  • See the value in teamwork and the important role you play in the success of the team
  • Own a full UK driver’s licence with access to a car OR are a local resident of Dartford, Northfleet or Greenhithe
  • Willing to work 10+ hours a week Monday to Friday (weekends are also available)
