About the Role

We are looking for a strong HR Business Partner to become a true strategic partner to the business, owning the full spectrum of HR responsibilities — from day-to-day operations to organizational development.

Your Role

  • Own the full HRBP function: support employees across the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, internal transfers, and offboarding, along with operational tasks as needed by the business.
  • Partner with senior leaders globally on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive additional HR brand projects, including e NPS and well-being surveys, along with other initiatives that shape company culture.
  • Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools across HR and Recruitment processes: identify opportunities to automate routine operational tasks (screening, reporting, onboarding flows, analytics), pilot and implement AI-powered HR tools, and help the team work faster and smarter without losing the human touch.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-5+ years of experience as an HRBP / HR Generalist, including experience managing a team.
  • Experience working in an international company, with familiarity with EU, UK and US markets.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and driving organizational change (change management, org design, workforce planning).
  • Strong command of HR analytics: ability to work with recruitment and engagement metrics, build reporting, and draw data-driven insights.
  • Experience managing or closely collaborating with a recruitment function, with a solid understanding of recruitment metrics and the talent market.
  • Experience running HR brand initiatives (e NPS, well-being programs, etc.) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI-driven HR/recruitment tools (e. g., AI sourcing, chatbots for candidate screening, automated reporting) — you see AI as a lever for efficiency, not just a buzzword.
  • Experience working with international/distributed teams and an understanding of the nuances of working across different jurisdictions.
  • English proficiency — C1.
  • Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and self-driven, comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.

What We Offer

  • Competitive market rate salary and performance-based incentives.
  • 22 days annual leave with an additional 6 company days, plus bank holidays.
  • Comprehensive health insurance plans.
  • Maternity & Paternity leave support.
  • Extensive benefits program.
  • Flexible work schedule and remote work options.
  • Modern offices and co-working spaces across 6 countries.
  • Working equipment.
  • Professional development and training opportunities.
  • Opportunity to shape the initiatives you’re working on.
  • Diverse and friendly team.
  • We are open-minded to new ideas.
