We’re looking for an Academy Operations Manager to join the team at Bristol City Women’s FC for a 12 month fixed term contract.

In this key role, you’ll work with the Academy Manager to ensure our Performance Pathway is safe, high-quality, and fully compliant with FA standards - supporting the development of elite talent every step of the way.

  • Have proven experience of administrative management (this may or may not have been gained within football or other professional sports related field).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Build positive relationships with ease, working collaboratively with colleagues, coaches, players, parents and external partners to create an outstanding Academy experience.
  • Are passionate about developing the women's game, taking pride in delivering high-quality operations that allow players and staff to perform at their best.
  • Have a solid understanding of Child Protection and Safeguarding procedures.
