Role Description
The Business Development Manager for High Security and Enterprise Systems (Southern Region) will focus on identifying, developing, and managing relationships with new clients to drive sales and business growth. Responsibilities include creating and implementing business development strategies, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying potential business opportunities and delivering presentations to prospective clients. This is a full-time role, based in the Welwyn Garden City office with the flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in High end Security and Fire Systems enterprise environments
- Knowledge in Information Security and Cybersecurity fundamentals to safeguard data and systems
- Proven BDM experience in the security industry
- Strong track record of winning new business
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
- Comfortable opening doors and closing deals
- Strong leadership, communication, and a Customer First approach
