Quality Assurance Manager – EMEA | Drive Quality Excellence Across a Global Aerospace Business

Quality Assurance Manager – EMEA to lead our Quality function across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity where you'll influence quality performance across operations, suppliers, customers, and regulatory compliance activities.

About the Role

As the

Quality Assurance Manager – EMEA , you will be responsible for ensuring our products and processes meet the demanding quality standards expected within the aerospace industry.

You'll lead Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Assurance activities, manage the regional Quality Management System, and work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a quality professional who combines technical expertise with strong leadership capability and a passion for continuous improvement.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and develop the EMEA Quality function, ensuring quality objectives support business and operational goals.
  • Act as the EMEA Management Representative for the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Oversee Supplier Quality Assurance activities, including supplier qualification, audits, Approved Supplier List management, and supplier performance improvement.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa.
  • Monitor and improve quality KPIs, establishing business rhythms that support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and EN9100 quality requirements.
  • Lead contract reviews and ensure applicable quality requirements are effectively implemented.
  • Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to assess supplier risks, support sourcing decisions, and drive supplier development activities.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the Quality team to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed through timely communication and effective resolution processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance, including leadership responsibility.
  • Previous experience supervising quality teams within an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving and root cause methodologies.
  • Proven Supplier Quality Assurance experience, including supplier audits, SCAR management, and supplier development.
  • Knowledge of aerospace supply chain requirements and regulatory compliance expectations.
  • Experience working with EN9100/AS9100 quality systems.
  • Knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards.
  • Experience with First Article Inspection (AS9102).
  • Knowledge of APQP methodologies (AS9145).
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems.
  • Lead quality strategy across the EMEA region.
  • Influence both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, customers, and suppliers.
  • Be part of a business delivering advanced technologies into highly regulated environments.
  • Enjoy a role with regional and international exposure, including travel across EMEA.
