We’re looking for a Technical Customer Support & Repairs Technician to join our team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and enjoys solving real-world engineering challenges.
In this dynamic role, you’ll combine technical support expertise with hands-on repair and testing, becoming a key link between our customers, engineering teams, and manufacturing operations. You’ll work with advanced technologies across embedded systems, RF modules, avionics, and rugged electronics, helping customers resolve issues while ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Technical Customer Support
- Provide first- and second-line support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Guide customers through troubleshooting, configuration, and product use
- Document technical cases and resolutions in CRM systems
- Repairs & Testing (Hands-On)
- Perform failure analysis, component-level troubleshooting, and electronic repairs
- Conduct functional testing using oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, and other test equipment
- Maintain detailed repair records, logs, and data
- Partner with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve complex issues
- Support occasional on-site visits, audits, or field service activities
Qualifications:
- Technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar
- Strong understanding of digital/analog electronics and system diagnostics
- Experience in aerospace, defence, or industrial electronics
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools (Oracle, Salesforce, JIRA)
- Soldering certifications
