Mercury Systems is looking for a new talent to join its EMEA team.
We are looking for an Information Systems Support Engineer who is the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing technical support to end-users and escalating complex problems when necessary. This role ensures smooth IT operations by resolving incidents promptly, maintaining system performance, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and tickets; diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues at 1st and 2nd line levels.
- Handle user requests for new services or modifications.
- Identify complex issues and escalate when required.
- Monitor IT systems and applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system.
- Provide guidance and training on IT systems and applications.
Education & Experience
- Proven experience in IT support or service desk roles.
- Active Directory, O365 administration.
- Applications: Office365, Oracle EBS, Copilot / Copilot Studio.
- Remote support tools: RDP / SCCM.
- Analytical Thinking: Diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Communication: Clear interaction with end-users and escalation teams.
- Customer Service Orientation: Professional and empathetic approach.
