We are looking for an Information Systems Support Engineer who is the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing technical support to end-users and escalating complex problems when necessary. This role ensures smooth IT operations by resolving incidents promptly, maintaining system performance, and delivering excellent customer service. This position is suited to a technically capable engineer who enjoys both user support and developing infrastructure skills within a structured IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and tickets; diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues at 1st and 2nd line levels.
