You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and market expansion
- Mentoring, and developing a high-performing internal and external sales team
- Driving a culture of customer focus and commercial excellence, ensuring exceptional service levels
- Monitoring market trends in FMCG, Food, Drink, E-Commerce, analysing competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth
