Responsibilities:

  • Designing innovative corrugated packaging solutions from customer briefs using an AG CAD table, ensuring functionality, quality, and manufacturability.
  • Producing and sampling prototypes, supporting small production runs and approving first-time runs to maintain high standards.
  • Presenting and collaborating with customers, sales teams, and management to refine designs and deliver efficient outcomes.
  • Ordering and coordinating print stereos and die-cut formes, setting up products on the ERP system, and receiving and checking materials for accuracy.
  • Maintaining and developing a strong understanding of company capabilities, emerging technologies, and materials to continuously enhance design performance.

Key attributes required:

  • Strong experience with constructional design, ideally within corrugated or packaging environments.
  • Confident in engaging directly with customers and presenting design solutions.
